What happened to Senna Tea and Senna Klenz? We are no longer able to sell products which contain Senna as this has been reclassified as a pharmaceutical product.

When will my order be shipped? Usually your order will be dispatched within 24 hours, except on weekends or public holidays. We are closed for 10 days over the Christmas and New Year period. Please be patient, we'll get your order to you as soon as we can.
How much does shipping cost? Shipping will be calculated at checkout, but generally it's $4.50 for urban areas and $9.00 for rural areas anywhere in New Zealand. International shipping is calculated based on destination.
How long is shipping? Shipping is 1 - 3 working days for urban NZ addresses. Please allow an extra 2 - 3 days for rural delivery. International orders require up to 10 working days for shipping.
Can I have my order sent to my office? Yes, we recommend delivery to workplaces if no one will be at home during the day as all orders require a signature. Please add the business name to the address.
When is my credit card charged? Your credit card is charged at checkout. You will be advised if your payment was successfully processed.
Can I review your products? Product reviews can be completed on the product page and we welcome you to review any of the products on our website. We appreciate your feedback!
Can I cancel my online order? Provided we haven’t shipped your order yet we can cancel it. If you wish to cancel your order, please ring us ASAP on +64 3 358 7899 or email us at email@example.com with your order number as soon as possible.
Can I pay through Alipay and WeChat pay? Yes, we have these services. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org with your order and we will let you know how much to pay.
Can I return a product? If you need to return a product, please email email@example.com. Provided the product is in a condition suitable for resale we can issue a full credit.
What are Dietary Supplements? Dietary Supplement are foods (tablets, capsules, powders, etc) which are intended to supplement your daily intake of vitamins, minerals, amino acids, herbs and other nutrients.
Are your products safe? Dietary supplements are generally very safe as they are made of nutrients found in food. However, dietary supplement should be taken with caution if you are pregnant, lactating or taking medication. What are Tableting Aids and Encapsulating Aids that are listed in your ingredients? Tableting aids and encapsulating aids are inactive ingredients which are used to give the product shape and structure.
Can you give me medical advice? Our HealthyMe experts are available to help with product-related queries in order to give you the best solution for your requirements but we do not give medical advice.
Can your products treat disease? Our products are dietary supplements. They are designed to support your health and nutrition. Dietary supplements are not medicine and cannot prevent or cure disease.
What regulations do your Dietary Supplements follow? Our dietary supplements are manufactured in New Zealand according to the Dietary Supplement Regulations 1985. We also follow the Food Standards Australia New Zealand.

These are available in various sizes, colours and we can also print on tablets and capsules to make your brand stand out. We offer an extensive selection of packaging options including bottles, boxes, blister pack, powder packaging, liquid packaging and many more including sleeve sealing and cello-wrapping. With the support of our in-house graphic design team, we can also assist in getting your product complete right from start to finish.
